Changsub has a really adorable friendship with a lot of 91 liner idols, from SHINee's Key (iconic military band vid), MAMAMOO's Solar (he was on Solarsido!) and APINK's Chorong! This clip alone should be enough to show you the true extent of their friendship) (skip to ~10:00) yeah I think it's better if you discovered this one on your own. He also cannot remember lyrics to save his life, spawning quite a few hilarious incidents. Eunkwang, bless his heart, uncannily loves doing aegyo and saying the cheesiest stuff, much to the mild exasperation of his members. GREATLY varies from Melody to Melody, so I'd suggest you just have fun exploring their discography!Īs for fun facts, I'll do one for each member: Other than that, opinions on best song, fandom favourites, favourite fansongs, etc. We usually cry over Friend (almost unreasonably so, haha) due to it being the last ot7 song we'll ever get, and I think most Melodies will cite IBYM era as their best era visually/performance-wise (even though I'm personally a Remember That/OOFM enthusiast). You'll find someone who suits your taste soon (Although I have a feeling you might gravitate towards Hyunsik, given your taste for sentimental producer types (at least, from what I've gathered haha)).Īs for songs important to the fandom, that's pretty much up to you! I think every Melody holds Brother Act as an album (and, well, Missing You in particular) really close to our hearts, and It's Okay is another era that I think carries quite a bit of sentimentality with it. And don't worry about picking a bias, 90% of us are ot7 anyways lol.
!!! Welcome to the fandom, baby Melo! I was a Kingdom Melo too, even though I actually stanned pretty much on the opening ep because of Minhyuk looking way too fine, lol. So I wanna ask some Melodies for fun facts or songs that are important to the fandom. Now to my closing statement: BTOB is great, I want more.
They just seem like a bunch of bros that happen to be famous. And i gotta commend him for joining such dance-heavy groups in Kingdom! He did so well!Īll in all BTOB seem like a hilarious bunch of dudes! I love the clip where they just give their award to the next member. He is just so likable and his rap parts are great to sing along with! The clips of him that I saw on Dive Studios were really funny as well. I think he would be a main vocal in any other group tbh. I just love the huskiness, SO MUCH! He‘s incredibly funny, too. A very skilled man indeed, his sword-fight in Kingdom was awesome.Ĭhangsub: If hot chocolate had a voice, it would be his.
Wow, he‘s so attractive! He raps really well and I checked out his solo works. I still can’t get over his official emoji lmao □ and he was so cute with Kino on his podcast □ Now to the members I got to meet already:Įunkwang is so hilarious, him and Hui (my PTG Bias) seem a little similar in their personality :) His vocals are no joke as well. Maybe it’s a CUBE thing, maybe because they produce their own music and have their own colour. Before I made appreciation posts about other groups, but they didn’t catch me musically the way BTOB does. Now that Outsider came out, I would consider myself a baby Melody and I really mean that. I can’t imagine them in school uniforms for example, even tho it would be hilarious. Their music kinda aged with them and their Fandom (?). They tell adult stories in their songs and MVs and it’s so refreshing. The music video was so up my alley! And in a way, it seems like BTOB know their demographic. So after the first two round of Kingdom I decided to check out their other songs. They are truly special! Also their vocals are so amazing ㅠㅠ They’re exactly my style and I’m so happy that I found out about PTG big brothers like this. There is no day where I don’t listen to both of these sad-bops. I just love the way they rearranged Missing You and Beautiful Pain. For me dancing isn’t that important, the songs are. I just love how they went a very different route than the other contestants. And they actually managed to capture my attention the moment their first performance began. As a Uni I was already pretty interested in them before the show. Okay, so this has been on my mind since the first round of Kingdom.
